Refund policy
Our rules on fees, cancellations and refunds for abacus and Vedic Maths classes.

Free demo class
The demo class is free. You pay only after you decide to join.
Course and monthly fees
- Fees are paid in advance for the month or level.
- Fees once paid are generally not refundable after classes in that period have started.
- If you withdraw before the first class of a paid period, the fee for that period is refunded.
Kits and materials
Abacus kits, books and practice material are non-refundable once issued.
Competition fees
Competition registration fees are paid to the organiser and cannot be refunded by the academy.
Missed classes
Classes missed by the student are not refunded. Where possible, we will offer a make-up session.
Classes cancelled by us
If the academy cancels a class, we will reschedule it or adjust the fee.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
